Jon Loyhayem has been an entrepreneur since he was 19 and started his career in financial services. By 21, he became a manager; by 26, he was a senior manager, whereas the average senior manager was in their early 50s. Next, he expanded the company’s operations with his team by opening several financial service offices in Arizona, Michigan, and Southern California. Finally, in December 2020, he left the company he was at and opened his financial service and insurance firm; ALEVO Financial & Insurance Agency; since then, ALEVO has doubled in size and volume each year.

Jon has a blackbelt and taught kids in high school and college karate before his career in financial services. In his spare time, Jon reads weight lifts and surfs. In addition, Jon has spoken on stages with 2000-plus attendees about entrepreneurship and following one’s dreams, as well as technical sales skills in financial services.
